As Loss Prevetio Supervisor you will improve compay profitability by executig compay programs aroud exteral theft deterrece, iteral ivestigatios ad operatioal shortage. You will icrease associate awareess of shortage opportuities through traiig, lead ad ifluece teams to reduce shortage ad build parterships with store ad compay leaders, law eforcemet, ad local etwork groups.

What You’ll Do

• Idetify exteral ad iteral theft treds withi assiged locatio(s)

• Execute theft prevetio strategies, icludig deterrig theft ad iteral ivestigatios to reduce exposure

• Implemet store awareess programs that address theft, safety, ivetory ad shortage cotrol

• Effectively idetify ad commuicate potetial shortage opportuities to all leaders

• Coduct operatioal audits ad physical security ispectios to esure the store is i compliace with Kohl's policies ad procedures

• Parters with store persoel to address opportuities for improvemet

• Work to create a culture of hoesty ad impressio of cotrol i the store

• Recruit ad trai ew Loss Prevetio Associates; Lead ad supervise Loss Prevetio Officers ad Loss Prevetio Service Specialists (select locatios)

• Maitai customer service awareess

• Act as a represetative o behalf of Kohl’s o legal proceedigs as eeded

• Additioal tasks may be assiged

Pay Rage: $20.75 - $32.20
