About the Role

As Associate Materials Maager, you will execute global materials sourcig strategies for Kohls Private ad Exclusive brads to deliver optimal supply chai value, icludig quality, cost, speed ad o-time delivery with techical proficiecy. This role is based at our Corporate Office i Meomoee Falls, WI. Youll work osite from Moday through Thursday, with the optio to work remotely o Fridays.

What Youll Do

• Execute log-term materials sourcig strategies aliged with Kohls apparel strategy, seizig opportuities ad mitigatig risks

• Drive Kohls global materials strategy for optimal product value

• Collaborate cross-fuctioally to alig product value with sourcig strategies ad fiacial goals

• Implemet global strategic materials plas with iteral ad exteral parters, meetig seasoal cost targets

• Apply expertise i material maufacturig, sourcig ad global ecoomics to optimize quality, cost ad speed

• Maage Service Level Terms (SLT) cosumptio to reduce ivetory risk ad elevate ivetory maagemet

• Execute a 3-year mill strategy to cotrol costs, improve quality ad shorte lead times

• Achieve cost cotaimet through strategic mill maagemet, couter developmet, price bechmarkig ad SLT placemet

• Maitai a deep uderstadig of mill capabilities, optimizig Coutry of Productio (COP) strategy, quality, costig ad delivery

• Itegrate sustaiability, diversity ad iclusio ito team maagemet ad strategies

• Esure materials meet Kohls testig ad compliace stadards for core products

• Utilize Product Lifecycle Maagemet (PLM) systems for effective materials strategy ad decisio-makig

• Share techical kowledge ad coaches teams across Kohls

• Additioal tasks may be assiged

What Skills You Have

Required

• 5+ years of textile, retail, productio, sourcig, supply chai maagemet or related experiece

• Proficiecy i Microsoft Office Suite ad Google Suite

• Expertise i maufacturig ad supply chai

• Techically proficiet i textile maufacturig with a global perspective

• Global Busiess kowledge ad Cross-Cultural agility

• Ability to travel domestically ad iteratioally

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree i Textile Egieerig or related field
